Troy Phillips drives the #39 Street StockClass car.  His home track is Sportsdrome Speedway and he also races at Salem Speedway.  He lives in Louisville, KY.

Troy started racing in 1992 in the Street Stock Class at Louisville Motor Speedway because his Dad raced.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 1998 Thunder Track Champion at Louisville Motor Speedway, 1998 and 2001 voted Most Popular Driver, 2005 Sportsdrome X-treme Oval Champion.

His most exciting racing moment was his first Championship with his Dad finishing 3rd the same year, same class - 1998 Thunder Track Champion at Louisville Speedway.
