Dale West drives the #89 Dromer Figure 8 Class car.  He lives in Scottsburg, IN.  His home track is Sportsdrome Speedway.

He started racing in 2004 in the Dromer 8 Class at Sportsdrome Speedway because he'd been going to the track since he was 3 days old, along with his Dad, watching his brother race in Figure 8 .  It just seemed like the only place to be.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include Top 5 in Figure 8 Madness in 2006.

The thrill of racing for Dale is the competition of racing.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Heat win in 2004.  He's most proud that he's always been a clean driver.

Dale's racing hero is Richard Petty.
