Dave Cook drives the #21 Modified Class car.  He lives in Cincinnati, OH.  His home track is Lawrenceburg Speedway but he can also be found racing at Florence Speedway.

He started racing in 1979 in the Quarter Midget Class at Dayton, OH. because his family has been involved.  His first win was his first race in 1979 in the Sr. Novice Class at Dayton, Ohio.  Career highlights include:  Track Championship in 1985 at Florence Speedway in Mini Stock, Track Championship in 1994 at Florence Speedway in Modified and Track Championship in 1998 at Lawrenceburg Speedway in Modified.
