Seth Hull drives the #23 Mini Stock Class car.  He lives in Holton, IN.  His home track is Twin Cities Raceway Park but he can also be found racing at Osgood Raceway and Greensburg Speedway.

He started racing in 1996 in the Mini Stock Class at Twin Cities Raceway Park.  His first win was that same year.
