Nick Mosier
#3
Nick Mosier drives the #3 Sprint Class
car. His home track is Paragon Speedway but he can also be found
racing at Bloomington Speedway. He lives in Spencer, IN.
People who help Nick are: Lisa Mosier, Randy Mosier (car owner), and
Justin Mosier.
He started racing in 1996 in the Go-Karts
class at West Boggs Karting Association because he liked to go fast.
His first win was in 1997 in the Novice Class at WBKA. Career
highlights include winning the Indianapolis Indoor Series Championship in
the Junior Sportsman Division in 2001, winning the West Boggs Karting
Association Championship 2 years in a row in the Junior Sportsman Class in
2002 and 2003, and winning the Indiana State Dirt Championship in the
Junior Class in 2003.
The thrill of racing for Nick is going
fast and on the edge out of control. His most exciting racing moment
was going three wide sliding into the corner at 90 mph in the Sprint Car.
He's most proud of winning so many races in his Go Kart. He's proud
of running 10th out of 20 his first race in a Sprint Car and 2 races later
finishing 6th out of 21.
Nick's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
Of racing, Nick says, "Racing is something
I have loved doing since I was a little kid, hopefully I can get a full
ride someday and prove my capability of driving! Dirt is for racing
and pavement is for getting there!".
