Jeff Shackelford drives the #28 Late Model Figure 8 car. He lives in Indianapolis, IN. His home track is Indianapolis Speedrome, but he can also be found racing at Anderson Speedway Salem Speedway and Winchester Speedway.

He began racing in 1995 in Outlaw Street Stock Class at Speedrome to become the world's best Figure 8 Driver. His first win was in 1995 in Stock Class. Career highlights include, 2nd Place in the World Championship 3 Hour Endurance 2004.
