Debbie Koch drives the #02 Rookie Class car.  She lives in Floyds Knobs, IN.  Her home track is Thunder Valley Raceway.

She started racing in 2002 in the Rookie Class at Thunder Valley Raceway because it was something she always wanted to do.  Her first win was that same year.  She won a Heat Race and Feature Race in the last race of the 2002 season.

The thrill of racing for Debbie is the competition.  Her most exciting racing moment was when she won the Feature her first year and her Dad was there to see her run for the first time.  She's most proud that she showed girls can do it too.

Debbie's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Of racing, Debbie says, "Do it for the fun, not the money and always race clean.  That way you can say you truly beat the other guys!".
