Jeff Bland Jr. drives the #38 Modified Class car.  He lives in Bloomington, IN.  His home track is Bloomington Speedway but he can also be found racing at Thunder Valley Raceway, Terre Haute Action Track, Lincoln Park and Brownstown Speedway.

He started racing in 1992 in the Jr. Dragster Class at Brown County Dragway because at age 4 his parents started me but as he moved into Go Karts he knew he wanted to move on as he loved it.  He started in Go Karts in 1998 and Modifieds in 2002.  His first win was in 1992 Jr. Dragster at Brown County, 1998 Go Kart at Indy Indoors and 2004 in the Modified Class at Bloomington Speedway.  Career highlights include 2000 & 2001 Go Kart Champion Indy Indoors, 2001 Jr. Division Track Champion in Go Karts, 2001 Jr Division WKA Divisional Points Champion, 2001 Jr. Division Indy Pavement Series Points Champion, 75 Features in 3 years of Go Kart racing, 2003 Rookie of the Year in Modified at Blatn Speedway, 2003 Rookie of the Year at Brownstown Speedway. 

The thrill of racing for Jeff is the competition and racing with his friends.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Feature win and at his home track.  He's most proud of his Bloomington Speedway win.

Jeff's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
