James Gayheart

James Gayheart drives the #1 Factory Stock Class car.  He lives in Batesville, IN.  His home track is Tree City Raceway Park but he can also be found racing at Osgood.

He started racing in 2003 in the Factory Stock at Tree City Raceway Park for the love of Mopar.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 3 Feature wins.

The thrill of racing for James is seeing Dodge win.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud of the skills of his family and Mopar pulling together as one. 

Steve Francis is James's racing hero.

Of racing, James says, "We do it for the kids.....they love it!".
