Billy Moore drives the #53 Pure Stock Class car.  He lives in Holton, IN.  His home track is Osgood Speedway but he can also be found racing at Twin Cities Raceway Park and Tree City Raceway Park.

He started racing in 1995 in the Mini Stock class at Twin Cities Raceway Park because it looked like fun.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include in his first year of racing he had 2 wins, 10 2nd place finishes with a 2nd place finish in Points.  2002 he was undefeated at Tree City Raceway Park in Thunder Cars.

The thrill of racing for Billy is the rush of the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud of all of his fans. 

Terry Labonte and Billy Moyer are Billy's racing heroes.

Of racing, Billy says, "It is a high, no drug will ever give you!".
