John Phelps

John Phelps drives the #8 Pure Stock Class car. He lives in North Vernon, In. His home track is Twin City Raceway but he can also be found racing at Brownstown Speedway.

He  has been racing about 1994 in the Bomber Class in Twin Cities and Brownstown because it was something to do. His first win was in 2003 in Pure Stock Class at Greensburg.  He has won alot of Heat Races .

The thrill of racing for John is the side by side action. His most exciting racing moment was when he flipped a bomber 5 times down the back stretch of Twin Cities Raceway. He is most proud of  getting his boy to race as good as he is.

Racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Jr.
