Joe Johnson drives the #2 Road Hog Class car. He lives in New Paris OH. His home track is Union County Speedway.

He started racing in 1985 in the Road Hog Class  at the  Union County Speedway. because his Dad and  Brother raced. His first win was in 1995 in the Road Hog Class at Union County Speedway. Career highlight was when he finished 2nd in points in the Rookie Year 1985.

The thrill of racing for Joe  is just going fast on dirt. His most exciting moment in racing was his first win with his Dad there. He is most proud of the fun he has after 15 years of doing it.

His racing hero is his Dad, Larry "Monk" Johnson.
