Carl J. Blankenship drives the #89C Street Stock Class car. He lives in Germantown, OH.. His home track is in the Union County Speedway, but he also can be found racing in Florence.

He started racing in  2004 in the Street Stock Class At Union County Speedway, for the love of the sport. Career highlight was inside pole position and leading first lap on his first race.

Driving and competing are is the thrills of racing for Carl. His most exciting racing moment was leading the first lap of his Feature in his very first race and pole position inside  also.
