Chuck Barnes Jr. drives the #55 Super Late Model Class car.  His home track is Salem Speedway but he can also be found racing at Winchester Speedway and Nashville Superspeedway.  He lives in Louisville, KY.

Team members helping Chuck are:  Mom, Dad, Mike Prott, Darly, Kyle, Phillip, Artie, Brandon.  Chuck Barnes Sr. is the car owner.

Chuck started racing in 1994 in the Go Karts Class because he learned racing from his Dad and loved racing ever since. His first win was in 1995 in the Go Karts Junior at Lake Cumberland.  Career highlights include Go Kart Championships in 1997 and over 100 victories, Street Stock Championship, All American 400 winner, 2004 Sunco Champion, Rash Gang Show top 12.

The thrill of racing for Chuck is the speed and having control.  His most exciting racing moment was winning the All American 400 at Nashville.  He's most proud of winning the CLA Championship.
