Jim Oliver Sr. drives the #41 Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is 34 Raceway but he can also be found racing at Lee County Speedway.  He lives in West Burlington, IA.  People who help Jim are:  sons, John and Jim and grandson, Johnny.

He started racing in 1950 in the Hobby Stock Class at Keokuk Sportsman Park because he liked fast cars.  His first win was in 1955 in the Hobby Stock Class at Keokuk Sportsman Park.  He's back racing today after taking 3 years off.

The thrill of racing for Jim is racing against his sons and grandson.  His most exciting racing moments were winning Features at Lee County Speedway.  He's most proud that it is a family sport.

Jim's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
