Joe Hooper drives the #66 B Modified Class car.  His home track is Quincy Raceways but he can also be found racing at 34 Raceway.  He lives in Mendon, IL.  People who help Joe are:  Mike Murray, and Chris Slater.

He started racing  in 1986 in the Bomber Class at Quincy Raceways because his father was a racer.  His first win was in 1987 in the  Bomber Class at Quincy Raceways.  Career highlights are going to other tracks and winning first time out.

The thrill of racing for Joe is the smell of the fuel and the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was winning his first Feature, winning Chevy Night (he runs a Ford).  He's most proud of the wins and being able to compete.

Joe's racing hero is Davey Allison.

Of racing, Joe says, "It's a lot of fun but takes a lot of money!".
