Dennis LaVeine drives the #71 A-Modified Class car.  He races at his home track of 34 Raceway, but he can also be found racing at Lee County Fairgrounds.  He lives in Burlington, IA.  People who help Dennis are Don Custer, Jeff Getz, Dustin LaVeine, Darrell LaVeine, Rodney Bliesener, Chandra Thompson.  Don Custer owns the car along with Dennis LaVeine.

He started racing in 1981 in the Street Stock Class at 34 Raceway.  His first win was in 1984.  Career highlights include 1990 Donnelson Point Champion in Pro Stock, 1993 34 Raceway and Wapello Point Champion, Top Gun Pro Stock, 1995 & 1996 34 Raceway Point Champion Pro Stock, 1997 Deery Series Rookie of the Year in Late Model and 2004 Dirt Track Challenge Top Gun.

The thrill of racing for Dennis is winning.  He's most proud of his Track Championships.

Dennis's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
