Tim Marsden drives the #66 Late Model
Class car. His home track is Quad City Speedway but he can also be
found racing at Davenport Speedway and 34 Raceway. He lives in
Hillsdale, IL. People who help Tim are: Jack Ahlers, John
Ahlers, Randy Swanson.
He started racing in 1988 in the Modified
Class at Quad City Speedway because his Dad and uncle raced. His
first win was in 1994 in the Late Model Class at Quad City Raceway.
Career highlights include Season Championship, 2nd in Points in 1999.
The thrill of racing for Tim is the speed
on the edge. His most exciting racing moment was the night he beat
Gary Webb at Burlington IA. He's most proud of his reputation.
Tim's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
Of racing, Tim says, "It's a lot of work
and fun at the same time!".
