Brian Skip Culbertson drives the #18 Open Wheel Modified Class car. He lives in Dubuque, Iowa. His home track is Dubuque County Fairground Speedway.

Skip began racing in 1992 in Hobby Stock Class at Farley Speedway because he had always been a big fan. His first win was in 1992 in Hobby Stock Class at Dubuque County Fairground Speedway. Career highlights include 30 Feature Wins and in 1998 Jackson County Speedway Track Points Champion in Pro Stock Class.

The thrill of racing for him is a good night at the speedway. His most exciting racing moment were all of the wins he won. He is most proud of  "thinking he does doing more than less".
