Alan Staskal drives the #1 Trophy Truck Class.  His home track is Jackson County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Davenport Speedway.  He lives in Baldwin, IA.  People who help Alan are:  Sharlene Staskal, Denny Fields, Scott Scharbon, and Chris Volinger.

He started racing in 2003 in the Truck Class at Jackson County Speedway for the fun of it.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2003 & 2004 Most Laps Completed and 2003 & 2004 2nd place Overall Finish. 

The thrill of racing for Alan is winning and coming out uninjured.  His most exciting racing moment was winning Fall Bash at Davenport in 2004.  He's most proud of 5 wins in 2003 and 5 wins in 2004.

Alan's racing hero is Richard Petty.

Of racing, Alan says, "Don't get into it unless you have lots of money and have lots of sponsors and lot of hard work.  Little pay for trucks, but fun and have a strong stomach!".
