He started racing in 2002 in the Hobby Stock Class at Jackson County Speedway because of his parents.  Career highlights include 3 wins his first year, 4 wins his 2nd year, 5 wins his 3rd year and 1 wins so far this year.

The thrill of racing for Steve is the challenge.  His most exciting racing moment was winning 3 races in a row.  He's most proud of his wins.

Steve's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Jr.
