Doug drives the #43 car.  He is 41 years old and lives in Billings, Montana.  His Home Track is Magic City in Billings, MT.

Doug started driving in 1978 in the S.S. class and in 1983 in the Sprint class at Magic City because he always liked races and is Dad took him to races.

His first win was in 1978 in the S.S. class in Billings, Montana.  2001 Highlights include being the Montana Sprint Tour Champion.  Doug was out from 1989 - 1999 to run a family business.  He won the Montana Championship 4 times in 2000 and 2001.

The thrill of racing for Doug is it gets you away from everything except the thrill of going fast.  His greatest racing thrill was the first time he came to the Nationals in 1986.  Doug's greatest racing moment is any time you make a Feature is Outlaw, 11 Place Finish in 1986.
