Chad Pedigo drives the #85 Street Stock Class car.  He lives in Arcola, IL.  His home track is Charleston Speedway but he can also be found racing at Fayette County Speedway.

He started racing in 1999 in the Street Stock Class at Charleston Speedway after getting in his cousin's car and having a blast.  His first win was in 2000 in the Street Stock Class at Charleston Speedway and Vermilion County Speedway.  Career highlights include 3 Feature wins in 2000, ran Super Street for half the season in 2002, won 7 Features in Street Stock at Charleston Speedway, won the October $2000 to win race at Fayette County Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Chad is just trying to pass the guy in front of him and getting it done.  His most exciting racing moment was the win at Fayette County Speedway for $2000.  He'd never ran for more than a few hundred dollars before that.  He couldn't believe that Charlie would put up that kind of money.  There were a lot of fast cars and Chad didn't know if he could hold them off, running 3 wide a few laps.  He's most proud that most of the guys that he runs with respect him.  They know Chad runs as clean as race as he can and they race him clean as well.

Chad's racing hero is Ernie Irvan.
