David Shain drives the #87 Super Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Charleston Speedway but he can also be found racing at Fayette County Speedway and Farmer City Raceway.  He lives in Humboldt, IL.

Team members helping David are:  Dad, Duane, Mick, Roger, and Billy.  Chuck Shain is the car owner.

David started racing in 2000 in the Street Stock Class at Charleston Speedway because of his Dad.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2 Feature wins in 2000 and 2 Feature wins in 2004.

The thrill of racing for David is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was door to door racing.  He's most proud of 4 Feature wins in 2005.

David's racing hero is his Dad.
