Chuck Graves drives the #c64 Street
Stock Class car. He lives in Hume, IL. His home track is
Charleston Speedway. He
started racing in 1999 in the Bomber Class at Vermilion County Speedway
because he always went to the races to watch his cousins and fell in love
with the sport. His first win was in 2000 in the Bomber Class at
Vermilion County Speedway. Chuck finished 7th in Points his Rookie
Year at Vermilion County Speedway.
The thrill of racing for Chuck is the adrenaline rush!
His most exciting racing moment was winning a Semi-Feature at Charleston
Speedway. He's most proud of winning a Bomber Heat at Vermilion
County Speedway his first night out in a new car that Chuck built.
The next year his step-son won his Heat his first night out, racing in the
same car. Chuck's racing hero
is Kevin Harvick. Of racing,
Chuck says, "Very expensive hobby!".
