Ray Watts drives the #R77 Hornet Class car.  His home track is Charleston Speedway but he can also be found racing at Fayette County Speedway and Vermilion County Speedway.  He lives in Mattoon, IL.

Team members helping Ray are:  Dad, Diana.  Diana Morgen is the car owner.

Ray started racing in 2005 in the Hornet Class at Charleston Speedway because his Dad raced for a long time.  It runs in the blood.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include winning at 4 other tracks when he first started racing.

The thrill of racing for Ray is that he likes to go fast.  His most exciting racing moment was racing his cousin side by side in the whole Feature and Ray won it.  He's most proud to have won a Championship.

Ray's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Jr.
