Donny Walden drives the #1w Late Model Class car.  He lives in Towanda, Illinois.  His home track is Farmer City Raceway, but he can also be found racing at Fairbury Speedway.

Team members helping Donny are:  Jeff Lenhardt, Curt Vincent.  Chris and Tami Walden are car owners.

Donny began racing in 1990 in Quarter Midget Class at Lincoln, Illinois because his Father influenced him. His first win was in 1991 in Quart Midget Class. Career highlights include 350 wins in Quarter Midget, a Regional, State Champion, Track Champion at Macon in Mini Sprints in 2000 11 Feature wins, 2004 finished 4th in Points at Fairbury.

The thrill of racing for Donny is passing other cars. His most exciting racing moments are competing with season veterans he grew up watching as a kid, like Billy Drake and Roger long. He is most proud of being able to meet so many people and having them a part of his life.

Donny's racing heroes are Billy Drake and Dale Earnhardt.
