Gary Barnes and Jeff Hamilton drive the #38 Sportsman/Super Stock Class car.  Their home track is Fairbury Speedway but he can also be found racing at La Salle Speedway and Bureau County Speedway.  They live in Pontiac, IL.

Team members helping Gary are:  Jeff Hamilton (Pontiac), Matt LaRose (Pontiac), Chris Delheimer.  Gary and Judy Barnes are the car owners.

Gary started racing in 2000 in the Sportsman Class at Fairbury Speedway for the joy of the sport. 

His most exciting racing moment was the Trophy Dash win at Farmer City Raceway and setting fast time at Fairbury Speedway in 2005.  He's most proud to be able to go out each and every week and be competitive.
