Blake Walters drives the #29w Modified Class car.  His home track is Farmer City Raceway but he can also be found racing at Tri-City Speedway.  He lives in Springfield, IL.

Team members helping Blake are:  Gary Walters, Kevin Walters, Kovski family, Brain Shirely.  Gary and Kevin Walters are car owners.

Blake started racing in 2005 in the Modified Class at Farmer City Raceway. Career highlights include starting out in Quarter Midgets at the age of 5.  In the course of 8 years he won 5 Track Championships, 1 Regional Championship and in his last year won Championship in two classes, then moved up to Modifieds.

The thrill of racing for Blake is the competition.  His most exciting racing moment was the first time he ever finished a race in a Modified. 

Blake's racing hero is Kevin Harvick.

Of racing, Blake says, "It's fun and how ever chichea it may sound, it's not about winning, it's the joy of doing it!".
