Daryl Halcomb drives the #48D Sportsman Class car.  His home track is Fairbury American Legion Speedway but he can also be found racing at Farmer City Speedway.  He lives in Gibson City, IL.

Team members helping Daryl are:  Chris Stipp, Alan Stipp, Stephen Stipp, Sherrie Stipp, Natalie Stipp and Abbie Stipp. 

Daryl started racing in 2002 in the Sportsman Class at Fairbury American Legion Speedway for the fun of it.  Career highlights include his first Heat win at Fairbury American Legion Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Daryl is the speed, competition and meeting new drivers.  His most exciting racing moment was the Heat Race win at Fairbury American Legion Speedway.  He's most proud of his improvement over the years.

Daryl's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
