Anyone that shows up at his shop and the guys at Fleet Maintenance.
Scott started racing in 1994 in the
Street Stock Class at Fairbury American Legion Speedway because he'd
been going to the races since he was 4 years old. It was something
he wanted to do so he quit driving from the Grandstands! His first
win was that same year. Career highlights include numerous Heat,
Dash, Feature wins.
The thrill of racing for Scott is being
competitive and slinging those cars around. His most exciting
racing moment was winning his first race and getting hooked on racing.
He's most proud of building the car, the motor and compete with the best
competition.
Scott's racing hero is Kenny Shrader,
for having that love of dirt!
Of racing, Scott says, "Come and
experience it for yourself (it is easy to get hooked). P.S. Take a
kid so we got somebody to watch when we are old! Quit your whinin
and race!".
