Steve Lach III drives the #42 Bomber Class car.  He lives in Brownstown, IL.  His home track is Fayette County Speedway.

He started racing in 2000 in the Bomber Class at Fayette County Speedway for fun, family orientated sport and he loves to compete.  His first win was in 2002 in the Bomber Class at Fayette County Speedway.  Career highlights include Heat wins and Dash for Cash wins. 

The thrill of racing for Steve is the fun of competition.  His most exhilarating racing moment was racing side by side with his brother (01) for 6-7 laps.  He's most proud of just having fun and his wife, kids and brother helping him.
