Rick Hamilton drives the #17H Modified Class car.  His home track is Macon Speedway and Farmer City Raceway but he can also be found racing at Lincoln Speedway and Fairbury Speedway.  He lives in Decatur, IL.

Team members helping Rick are:  Mom, Dad, Crew Chief Fast Eddie, Eric and Ed Hamilton. 

Rick started racing in 1987 in the Sportsman Class at Macon Speedway because his brother had raced for years.  His first win was in 1988 in the Sportsman Class at Macon Speedway. 

The thrill of racing for Rick is the speed.  He is most proud of owning his own race team.

Of racing, Rick says, "Expensive but worth it if it's what you like to do!".
