    Jeff is  from Springfield, Il.  Jeff began racing  1/4 Midgets when he was 9 years old. His home track is Macon Speedway.   

 1998 was his rookie year.  He got his first win in Aug of 1998.  A real accomplishment  in the tough Sportsman Division at Macon.
