He began racing in  2001 in Hornet Class at Peoria Speedway for the thrill of it. His first win was in 2001 at Peoria in Hornet Class.

The thrill of racing for  Tim is the rush you get. His most exciting racing moment was getting his first Feature win. He is most proud of  the way his cheap motors out run top name motors.
