Ronald Cusack drives the #8 Modified Class
car. His home track is Peoria Speedway but he can also be found
racing at Lincoln, Macomb, and Aledo. He lives in Brimfield, IL.

Ron started racing in 1957 in the Stock
Class at Mt. Hawley because his father was a track welder. His first
win was in 1958 in the Stock Class at Mt. Hawley. Career highlights
include Peoria Old Timers Hall of Fame, he raced at Eldora Speedway, Top 8
in Late Model UMP Points at Spoonriver Speedway.
The thrill of racing for Ronald is the
fans cheering for their driver. His most exciting racing moment was
finishing 8th in the Springfield Mile Feature. He's most proud of
having all of his family in racing.
Ronald's racing hero is Ken Schrader.
