He started racing in 1990 in the
A-Modified Class at Jackson County Speedway because his father had raced
for years. His first win was in 1995 in the Modified Class at
Jackson County Speedway. Career highlights include 1999
Mississippi Modified Challenge win at Jackson County Speedway and a
Feature win in Dubuque in 1995.
The thrill of racing for Scott is having
family involved and running consistent. His most exciting racing
moment was the 1999 $2,000 to win Mississippi Modified Challenge.
He's most proud of running consistent on a low budget against his money
teams.
Scott's racing hero is Kenny Schrader.
