John Allen drives the #98 Modified Class car.  His home track is Lakeside Speedway but he can also be found racing at Linn County Speedway and Humboldt Speedway.  He lives in Chanute, KS.

Team members helping John are:  Steven Lucke, Jeff Fehr, Scott Conder.  Car owner is David Harrison.

John started racing in 1985 in the Street Stock Class at Humboldt Speedway because his Dad raced.  His first win was in the Street Stock Class at Humboldt Speedway.  Career highlights include NCRA Modified National Champion in 1999, 2000 and 2001, and 2006 Linn County Speedway Modified Champion.

His most exciting racing moment was one night in 2001 at 81 Speedway in Wichita, KS where he won the E, D, C, B and A Features in the Modified Class.  He's most proud of being on the cover of Stock Car Magazine in November of 2006. 

John's racing hero is his Dad.
