Jason Keltner drives the #0K
Open Wheel Class car. He lives in Campbellsville, Ky. His home track
is Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, Ky., but he can be found racing
on the Ponderosa Speedway and Glasgow.
He started racing in 1993 in Go-Karts at Mannsville
Speedway, because his Father had raced for years and it was like a first
love to Jason as it was all he had seen growing up. His first win was in
1993 in Go-Karts at Mannsville Speedway. Career highlights include
1994 Daytona Speedweeks World Champion (Go-Karts), 1994 Midwest Dirt
Classic Champion in Columbus, IN. (Go-Karts), Hillbilly 100 Champ 1994
Somerset, Ky. (Go-Karts), 1998 Thunder Truck 50 Winner at Louisville
Speedway. Thunder Truck Division 2003 OSCAR Kentucky State Champion.
The thrills of racing for Jason are winning and
competition. His most exciting racing moment was winning the World
Championship in 1994 at Daytona Beach, Fla. He is the only Rookie to win
the race and hold the Furtherest starting spot, (19th) to win.
He is most proud of being able to win and make his
Father proud. Also being able to share all of it with his Farther.
Jason's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.
Of racing, Jason says, "Everyone should attend one race,
it's different than any other sport you can watch. If you like excitement,
you will enjoy racing". His favorite racing website is
www.4m.net .
