Mike Sweeney drives the #25s Modified Class car. He lives in Sharon Grove, Ky. His home track is Clarksville Speedway, Clarksville, TN. He can also be found racing at Western Kentucky Speedway in Madisonville, Ky.  and Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway, Calvert City, Ky.

He started racing in 1994 in Pure Stock at Central Park because it was a Family Tradition. His first win was  1994 Pure Stock at Central Park. Career highlights include 1995-Pur Stock Championship, 1998-Pro Stock Runner Up, 2000-Modified-Finished 36th in the Nation, Driver of the Year at Clarksville Speedway 2003-2003.

The thrill of racing for  Mike is getting the checker  instead of the wrecker. His most exciting racing moment is side by side and three wide. He is most proud of winning Championship and Driver of the Year two years in a row.

His racing hero is Bobby Labonte'.
