Joe Blair drives the #27 Pure Street Class car. He lives in Hodgenville, Ky. His home track is Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, Ky. but can also be found racing at Glasgow and Brownsville.

He started racing in  2000 in Pure Street Class at Bluegrass Speedway, because he "just loves racing". His first win was in 2000 Pure Street at Bluegrass Speedway. Career highlights include,  8 Heat Race Wins, Two 2nd Place finishes in a Feature at McHenry Speedway-2001, 3rd Place finish at Fairview Speedway in 2004.

The thrill of racing for Joe is the feeling  he has when his own car is in the competition. His most exciting racing moment  was when he won his first race. He is most proud of the time spent with family and friends while working on the car and racing.

Joe's racing heroes are Jerry Rucker and Dale Earnhardt.
