Lonnie R. Grubb drives the #30 Pure Street Class car. He lives in Manchester, KY. His home track is Corbin motor Speedway.

He began racing in 1997 at Corbin in Pure Street Class after growing up around the sport. His first win was the same year, Class and Track. Career highlights include 1997-1998 Top 10 in Points, 1999-2nd in Points Championship, 2004-Currently 3rd in Points (4 Feature wins).

The thrills of racing for him are the speed, the challenge, and the feeling of accomplishment when he gets that win. the most exciting racing moment for Lonnie is  the win. "Every win is exhilarating!!!" He is most proud of  his 2nd Place finish in Points Championship.

His racing hero is Jeff Gordon.

Of racing, Lonnie says, "It's an awesome sport that requires skill and talent. The support of my race fans gives me the "Little Extra" I need to keep going every weekend."
