Ronnie Yoakem drives the #8 Pure Street Class car. He lives in Brownsville, Ky. His home track is Fairview.

He started racing in 1999 in Street Class at Beech Bend because he likes going fast. His first win was in 2001 in Street Class at Beech Bend. Career highlights include, 4th Place  2003 and 4th  Place in Points  2004.

The thrills of racing for Ronnie  are working on his car and making it to first place. He is most proud  that he "can change car, set up so it will go faster".
