Randy Maybrier

Randy Maybrier drives the #1 Chevette Class car. He lives in Waynesburg, Ky. Hi home track is  The Ponderosa  but can also be found racing at Lake Cumberland.

He started racing in 1998-99 in  Chevette Class at Ponderosa because his friends got him hooked. His first win was in 1999 in Chevette Class at Ponderosa. Career highlights includes, Ponderosa - 2001 4th in Points, 2002 Track Champion, 2003 2nd in Points and in 2003 at Lake Cumberland  6th in Points.

The thrill of racing for Randy is being able to have fun with family and friends  and compete with others. He also loves to watch his son Dusty race with him.

His most exciting racing moment  he says' "I've had ups and downs in racing, but I've had a lot of fun. I guess I've been lucky I have won a lot of races over the years. Being with my son on his wins".

He is most proud  of the fact he tries to be a good friend to everyone and  drives them the way he would have them drive him on and off the track.

His racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Randy Says. "It's alot of fun, but alot of money and work. You'll make alot of good friends for life".
