Mike Petrey drives the #9 Open Wheel Class car. He live sin  Corbin, Ky. His home track is Lake Cumberland but he can also be found racing at Clinton County.

He started racing in 1992 in Pure Street at Corbin Speedway out of a Family Tradition. His first win was in 1992 in Pure Street at Corbin. Career highlights include, Late Model Feature wins at Corbin Speedway and 3rd in Points Championship.

The thrill of racing for Mike is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was  the late Model Feature Win at Corbin Speedway. He is most proud o the support from his family and friends.

Mike's racing hero is Jeff Gordon.
