He started racing in 1995 in the Top
Dragster Class at Ohio Valley Dragway because of the need for
competition, had retired from National Hare Scramble and Enduro
Motorcycle racing. His first win was in 1995 in the Top Dragster
Class at Kanahaua Valley, WV. Career highlights include '95 Top
Dragster IHRA Points Meet win, '95 KDR Rookie of the Year, '97 Top
Dragster IHRA Holley Nationals R/V, Multiple Quick 8 wins and R/U at
Mountain Parkway Dragstrip, Multiple Best Engineered, Best Appearing
The thrill of racing for John is
constant improvement ET, Driver, Technology, Consistency. His most
exciting racing moment was winning first 4.99, first 4.89, 4.79, 4.69,
4.59, 4.49, 4.39, 4.29 and running first 200 mph at Budds Creek, MD.
He's most proud of consistency with very fast car.
John's racing hero is Clay Milligan.
