Leonard Pierce

Leonard Pierce drives the #1P Open Wheel Modified Class car.  He lives in Columbia, KY.  His home track is Lake Cumberland Speedway but he can also be found racing at Ponderosa Speedway and Clinton County Speedway.

He started racing in 1998 in the Bomber Class at Cool Springs because he wanted to go really fast and have fun.  His first win was in 1998 in the Bomber Class at McCoy Motors Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Leonard is winning on the last lap. 

Leonard's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt.

Of racing, Leonard says, "Lot of hard work but lots of fun!".
