Mick Sansom drives the #20M Modified Class car.  His home track is Ponderosa Speedway.  He lives in Salt Rock, WV.

Team members helping Mick are:  Set up - Brett Sansom, Tire man - Brent Sansom, All Around Man - Dad - Keith Sansom, Crew Chief - Mick's little boy, Chase Sansom.  Sansom Racing is the car owner.

Mick started racing in 2007 in the Modified Class at 201 Speedway because he's been around it his entire life.  His Dad drove for 11 years before Mick took the wheel.  Career highlights include finishing 6th in the Battle of Bluegrass Points in '08, finished 3rd in Rookie of the Year Battle of Bluegrass in '07.

The thrill of racing for Mick is the speed.  His most exciting racing moment was the first time he got to race against his Dad.  He's most proud of his 6th place finish in the Points.
