Scott is from Waynesburg KY and drives the #21 Open Wheel.  Scott started racing in 1994 at Ponderosa.

In 2002 Scott won his first feature at Ponderosa. He also won the track Championship that year. In 2003 Scott was runner up in points at Ponderosa.
