Doug Tarter drives the #25T Open Wheel Modified Class car.  He lives in Dunnville, KY.  His home track is Ponderosa Speedway but he can also be found racing at Bluegrass Speedway.

He started racing in 1996 in the Mod Street Stock Class at Ponderosa Speedway because his family was involved in racing.  His first win was in 1996 in the Mod Street Stock Class at Ponderosa Speedway.
